Sexy’s Turkey Pancakes

::COOKING INSTRUCTIONS::

–Spray a non-stick cooking pan with a fat free cooking s.  (Olive oil)

-Heat the pan on medium-high temperature

-Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (it is easiest to blend with your clean hands).

-Form into thin pancakes with your hands (like thin hamburgers).

-Place the pancakes into the pre-heated pan.

-Cook each side until a little crispy, then you are ready to go!

**This is our favorite meal when I am on the road.  I can cook a large batch in very little time and take them with me in a large topper-ware.  I do not even need a plate!  There is no mess and the pancakes taste just as delicious cold.
