Sexy’s Lean Waffle Machine

Hi all!!

We want to share with you one of our  favorite breakfast treats that will leave you feeling satisfied and even more happy!

Lean Waffle Machine:
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 banana
8 raw almonds
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
1 scoop Royal Whey Isolate Vanilla Protein
6 egg whites & 2 yolks
4 packets of stevia
Tsp cinnamon
1/3 unsweetened almond milk

Blend together, grease the machine preferably with Olive Oil and there you have it!

Now if you are on your Transformation you should definitely eliminate  fruits and unsweetened coconut.
For those who are not on the transformation, you can play around with it by adding blueberries instead of banana or even an apple.. You can add a tbsp of raw honey as well if you want it more sweet, also, topping with sprinkled cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup is great as well.
