How to keep the extra Holiday weight down

The very tempting time to indulge in fast amounts of delicious-foods with family and friends or just on your own.

Enjoy some and remember the first bite tastes as good as the last bite. Keep it to a maximum of 2 bites and you will be fine.

Drink water instead of heavy loaded drinks so you can compensate.

And remember when the sweet food is warm it won’t stick to you!!
