Protein Pancakes

 

This is Sexy Nutrition’s recipe for the most amazing protein pancakes. The thing we enjoy most about them is that you can add so many different things to change up flavors. We love them year-round & even during the “Transformation” period.

So here is the blueberry one:
1 cup egg whites1/2cup oats (not instant) * Old Fashioned
2 Packets of Natural Stevia
1/4 cup blueberries
1.5 scoop of vanilla protein (Royal Whey Isolate)
Cinnamon

Mix all in a blender. Then use cooking spray/olive oil in the pan and pour into pan, cover with lid and let cook for 3-4 min. All stoves are different so check it and make sure bottom is cooked. Flip very quickly and cover with lid for approx. 1min. When you remove the lid the pancake will have rised 🙂 Flip pancake on a plate sprinkle with cinnamon and use 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup!
