Happy Thanksgiving!!! A treat beyond avarage…

 

I wish that you will have an amazing time with family and friends and loved ones.  I have been asked to help out with a healthy culinary alternative for the holidays.

There are two choices you have as far as eating is concerned:

You can stuff yourself like a turkey and then regret the next day and you wished you had taken a different approach this year or you can have the most delicious turkey platter (as seen on the pictures)  and feel good and energized with no regrets.  Here it goes:

Turkey glazed with ginger, garlic and onions with backed yams sprinkled with sliced roasted almonds and cinnamon, roasted Brussels sprouts garnished with E.V.O. and cranberry.  Fruit salad and yes enjoy your glass of wine.
