If you are ever having a sweet tooth this recipe is awesome at getting rid of that nasty craving!!!!!!!
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 Egg Whites, 1 yolk
1 Scoop of chocolate ISOLATE Protein powder
3 heaping tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp of honey or 4 packets of stevia
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
*Optional (few natural almonds for the crunch)
*Optional (banana)
Blend all ingredients together, pour in a oiled up pan and bake on 350 for 3o min!
