<p>&#8211;Spray a non-stick cooking pan with a fat free cooking s.  (Olive oil)</p>
<p>-Heat the pan on medium-high temperature</p>
<p>-Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (it is easiest to blend with your clean hands).</p>
<p>-Form into thin pancakes with your hands (like thin hamburgers).</p>
<p>-Place the pancakes into the pre-heated pan.</p>
<p>-Cook each side until a little crispy, then you are ready to go!</p>
<p>**This is our favorite meal when I am on the road.  I can cook a large batch in very little time and take them with me in a large topper-ware.  I do not even need a plate!  There is no mess and the pancakes taste just as delicious cold.</td>

<p>We want to share with you one of our  favorite breakfast treats that will leave you feeling satisfied and even more happy!</p>
<p>Lean Waffle Machine:<br />
1 cup old fashioned oats<br />
1/2 banana<br />
8 raw almonds<br />
Unsweetened cocoa powder<br />
1 tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes<br />
1 scoop Royal Whey Isolate Vanilla Protein<br />
6 egg whites &amp; 2 yolks<br />
4 packets of stevia<br />
Tsp cinnamon<br />
1/3 unsweetened almond milk</p>

<p>Now if you are on your Transformation you should definitely eliminate  fruits and unsweetened coconut.<br />
For those who are not on the transformation, you can play around with it by adding blueberries instead of banana or even an apple.. You can add a tbsp of raw honey as well if you want it more sweet, also, topping with sprinkled cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup is great as well.</p>
